MKTG Club Terms & Conditions.
- MKTG Club is a digital membership. You get instant access the moment you join.
- Founding members (the first 25) get lifetime access, free.
- New paid members start with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your membership continues at $19 USD per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
- Because access is instant and digital, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
- You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We'll sort it out quickly.
1. Who we are
MKTG Club ("MKTG Club", "we", "us") is operated by Millennial Marketing Agency Inc., based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
2. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, joining as a founding member, starting a paid membership, or using MKTG Club in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not join or use MKTG Club. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to join.
3. What MKTG Club includes
MKTG Club is an online membership that includes video training, worksheets, templates and resources, a members' community, and p.ai (your personal A.I Pal). We may add, update, reorganize or retire content and features over time to keep the program current. Access is for your personal or internal business use only.
4. Founding members (first 25)
The first 25 people to join receive lifetime access to MKTG Club at no cost ("Founding Members"). "Lifetime" means for as long as MKTG Club is operated by us. Founding Member access is personal and cannot be transferred, sold or shared. Founding Members are subject to these terms like every other member, including the community rules in section 9.
5. Paid membership, billing and renewals
- After the founding spots are filled, membership costs $19 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes.
- Free trial: new paid members get a 7-day free trial. You enter a payment method at sign-up but are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $19 USD on day 7 and every month after that. We send a reminder email about 2 days before your trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per person.
- Your membership renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and pause your access until payment succeeds.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email on your account. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your access ends. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged and your access ends when the trial ends.
7. No refunds
MKTG Club is a digital product and you receive full, immediate access to the content when you join. For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, and periods where you did not log in or use the content. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived; where the law requires a refund, we will provide it.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first at [email protected] and we will respond within 2 business days. By joining, you agree that you will not file a chargeback or payment dispute for charges you authorized, including charges that renewed because you did not cancel. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend or end your access while it is reviewed, and we will provide your bank or card issuer with records of your purchase, your agreement to these terms, and your account activity (such as logins and lessons viewed).
9. Community rules
Be respectful. No spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or selling to other members without permission. Don't share other members' information or posts outside the community. We may remove content or suspend or end the membership of anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.
10. Your account
Your login is for you only. Sharing your account, or copying, downloading for redistribution, reselling or publicly posting MKTG Club content, is not allowed and may lead to your access ending without a refund.
11. Our content
All videos, worksheets, templates, text, graphics and other materials in MKTG Club belong to Millennial Marketing Agency Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own business, but you may not copy, share, resell or create competing products from them.
12. p.ai and other A.I features
p.ai and other A.I features give ideas and drafts generated by artificial intelligence. Answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Review everything before you use it, add your own judgment, and make sure your content follows each platform's rules and the law (including music and copyright licensing). p.ai is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Please don't share sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details with p.ai.
13. Results disclaimer
We share proven strategies, but every business is different and results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, niche, budget and platform changes. We do not guarantee any specific followers, sales, income or other results. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
14. Third-party platforms
MKTG Club teaches you to use platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and A.I tools. We are not affiliated with those platforms and are not responsible for their features, rules, fees or decisions about your accounts.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKTG Club is provided "as is", and Millennial Marketing Agency Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to MKTG Club is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
16. Privacy
We collect the information you give us (such as your name, email and social links) to run your membership, send you account and program emails, and improve MKTG Club. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and we'll email members about important changes. Continuing to use MKTG Club after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
